Disaster strikes Newcastle – Australia – again.

The storms this weekend have turned Newcastle city into a disaster zone!

My former home town – in fact Hunter street where I lived was flooded with up to waist deep water. I would be completely stranded with a drowned car and bike and no home by the looks of things.

McDonald’s was even closed! – indicating the severity of the damage.

A day to remember everyone – especially for me.

I’ve included a picture of the Pasha Bulker – a freighter stranded on Nobby’s/Newcastle beach for over 3 weeks!

Mysteries like the Loch Ness monster! You see there is proof that something exists – there various sonar and photos and documentaries proving positive or negative but nothing captured on video or photos of an actual monster.

The latest sighting was captured on home video and can be seen in this news article.

It was interesting to note that the report included a tourist aspect of the fabled monster…perhaps it is best not to find out.

I not a believer but having seen many strange things myself would like someone would conclusively prove or disprove the thing.
