However it does pass most buyer tests by being mostly inoffensive yet a modern design although it does look cheap especially in base model trim. The MG ZS benefits from having so many clear design clues from other brands, a little too much as it looks just look an older model from any number of possible manufacturers. It also looks cheaper than the Hyundai Venue on the road in base model trim except for white colour option that is.

The Dash top mat accessory is definitely a requirement and actually lifts the interior ambience. The MG ZS interior is good for the price but it is a dated design to look at and be in.
Hyundai Venue Vs MG ZS engines and and technology comparison: As base models the Venue is well equipped with safety systems completely missing on the equilivent MG ZS even the top range model. The including of the DCT auto is and interesting choice due to real and perceived reputation of this technology. The MG ZS has 20 year old tech in engines and transmissions in the base model and but the top range models get the modern turbo and transmission but missing safety.

The winner of the Hyundai Venue Vs MG ZS is the Hyundai Venue. Simply put the Venue has the right package for the price range just don’t call it an SUV. The MG ZS has the physical stuff you can touch and see but it’s missing the content. In the comparison the Hyundai Venue is the Nutella donut whereas the MG ZS is just the doughy part missing the good stuff. Since the MG ZS is more expensive than the Venue has equipment you can’t even add to the MG, the Hyundai is the better value small car no question.
