The Yaris Cross is an interesting model so far in our various comparisons, where as the Eclipse Cross has been hampered by it&#8217;s seemingly high price and it&#8217;s similarity in design to the updated Mitsubishi ASX. Is the new Yaris Cross worth buying over the older Eclipse Cross.\u00a0So is the Yaris Cross worth buying over the Mitsubishi ASX?<\/p>\n<p>Toyota Yaris Cross Vs Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross: We&#8217;ve already said this in other comparison that the Yaris Cross is OK looking small SUV but it&#8217;s too boring a design. The Mitsubishi Eclipse facelift looks great (not pictured yet) and does look different from other SUVs in the class except for the ASX of course. We like the updated design with a more modern front end which Mitsubishi seems to have that experience at doing well.<\/p>\n<p>Toyota Yaris Cross Vs Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross: If you thought an all new 2021 interior design was going to be impressive the Yaris Cross is a disappointment, the interior looks and feels hard and has a very ordinary ambience. The Eclipse Cross interior design and materials is more upmarket and feels good to be in. That said it doesn&#8217;t exactly the more modern design styling by 2021 standards.<\/p>\n<p>Toyota Yaris Cross Vs Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross engine and technology: The Yaris Cross has the most advanced engine and safety options available as all new models in 2021 should. The Eclipse Cross may have the class standard small capacity turbo petrol and up to date safety system but it does not have the economy advantage that the Yaris Cross has access to.
