Two of the least known ute brands on the market at the moment and the cheapest 4WD use in Australia and both brands are aiming for more sales. The Tunland boast a Cummins diesel engine, Getrag 5 speed but nondescript 6 speed auto, a DANA axle with a diff lock and whether this means anything to you… In 2018 it needs well known commercial focused branded parts to appeal and more airbags. Also a word of warning the tech changes occur often so you need to be careful what spec you\u00a0are looking at. The Great Wall Steed on the other hand has the latest tech including 4WD with locking diffs and a AWD mode for sealed roads the only short fall is the 5 speed manual.<\/p>\n

Besides many people simply don’t want to be known has driving the cheapest ute in Australia parked in the front yard.<\/p>\n

Simple reasons include it has an automatic for 2018 as an option and a nicer interior, however it comes auto comes at a price, approximately $5000 more for the equilivent model grade. However buyers for these two are price sensitive and the Steed’s manual has appeal to those in the country if that.<\/p>\n
