Isuzu D-Max

Welcome to the Nissan Navara Vs Isuzu D-Max comparison. Always good to compare the latest 2015 and 2016 models with some of its older competitors and it is perfectly fitting to compare everything and anything in the class including the largely forgotten D-Max.  So here’s a quick specification and showroom comparison between the two pickups.

Nissan Navara Vs Isuzu D-Max exterior: It quite simple the D-Max looks older and not quite as ‘classy’ as the Navara. The Navara is an evolution of its predecessors and in our eyes looks better.

Nissan Navara Vs Isuzu D-Max interior: The D-Max interior like the related Holden Colorado is really quite ordinary to look at and feel. The D-Max is throughly commercial and has too many bits and pieces, its design is not inspiring and dated. For that sort of cash the D-max clearly underdone. On the other hand the Navara’s interior is inviting and would’t look out of place in a regular passenger car. Easy win for the Navara.

Nissan Navara Vs Isuzu D-Max engines and technology: The D-Max was clearly designed and specified to compete with the soon to be superseded Toyota Hilux. In that comparison it would have a much better chance at winning a comparison however against the new Navara it shows how far commercial utes have progressed.

Nissan Navara Vs Isuzu D-Max drive: N/A

If we where buying a new ute today it would be the Navara. The specifications are pretty close but because the presentation of the Navara is that much better it’s really the only choice and it’s cheaper too. The D-Max was an OK sort of choice in the past the latest new releases make it show its age and expense.
