The Subaru XV or Crosstrek has been around for about 2 years while the ASX has been around for 10 years but it has had a refreshed last year. We like both but which one is better.<\/p>\n<p>Subaru XV Vs Mitsubishi ASX exterior comparison: We like both designs but the XV does have a more upmarket look to it than the ASX. That said the updated ASX design is a great effort old model in automotive terms.<\/p>\n<p>Subaru XV Vs Mitsubishi ASX interior comparison:\u00a0 The XV interior is a nice place to be and arguably the best looking and feeling design in the small to sub-medium SUV class and that&#8217;s regardless of model grade. In comparison the ASX interior hasn&#8217;t really changed over the years but it is still a decent place to be in for the price.<\/p>\n<p>Subaru XV Vs Mitsubishi ASX engine and technology comparison: The XV dependent on model grade has plenty of class leading safety systems and other tech. The release of the Petrol Hybrid model with and AWD system definitely makes it one of the most advance small SUV on sale at the moment. The Subaru isn&#8217;t perfect though as it equipped with a sub-par sounding stereo system although fully features for the price and there is a notable minimal fuel saving with the Hybrid engine. In comparison the ASX is pretty bare bones, although it&#8217;s safety systems are beyond other SUVs but missing AWD on most models.<\/p>\n<p>The conclusion and winner of the Subaru XV Vs Mitsubishi ASX comparison is the Subaru XV. While the ASX is a great package for the price in the lower level trims the top range models is not as good as the XV. That said the starting price is quite different and you&#8217;d only be considering a top range ASX Vs a mid range Subaru XV. Note that the Subaru XV&#8217;s fuel consumption in petrol-hybrid form is lower but not by a massive amount as per Toyota&#8217;s versions that we are used to. However on the whole the XV is not overpriced due to the long equipment and tech list.
