Mitsubishi ASX Vs Citroen C4 AirCross Comparison

Citroen C4 Aircross
VS
Mitsubishi ASX

Here is the new 2013 Citroen C4 Aircross Vs Mitsubishi ASX comparison. These two models are another example of manufacturers sharing the same basic design but adding their own design themes and equipment packs. Note that the Peugeot 4008 and ASX and now the C4 Aircross share the same platform engines and order major components.  The variations on the platform is by exterior design but limited differentiation on the indside in particular the 4008 and the Aircoss are virtually identical on the inside!

Citroen C4 Aircross Vs Mitsubishi ASX interior : The C4 Aircorss is the clear leader in the interior design department. It has a nicer steering wheel and shiny parts that lift what is a pretty basic interior which can be seen in the ASX version. That said it doesn’t compare to the other Citroen’s which have bespoke interior treatments. The C5 wins this part.

Citroen C4 Aircross Vs Mitsubishi ASX exterior :  While the ASX looks OK the Citroen easily looks better despite sharing its main body parts. The C4 looks like a premium car compared to the ASX regardless of trim level.

Citroen C4 Aircross Vs Mitsubishi ASX engine and technology :  Both share the same engines which are pretty ordinary compared to the latest SUVs. The Citroen only comes with the 2.0 petrol in Australia.

Citroen C4 Aircross Vs Mitsubishi ASX on the road : Haven’t driven and unlikely to try the Citroen C4.

The Citroen C4 is good for a car with European design flair in some parts – with Mitsubishi reliability. It is a bit more expensive than virtually all the top selling SUVs so you are paying for being different rather than a better car.
