Welcome to the Nissan Navara Vs Holden Colorado comparison. Here’s a quick specification and showroom comparison between the two pickups. If you’ve checked out our prior comparisons of Navara and Colorado you’ve already worked out the conclusion hence the short writeup.
Nissan Navara Vs Holden Colorado exterior: The Navara’s exterior design is an evolution of the prior generations but this time the inspiration appears to be more Japanese than American in terms of lines. The Nissan is good to look at but intimately conservative. On the other hand the Colorado still looks OK but it is dated due to minimal changes from the original Isuzu D-Max base. The American Chevy Colorado design is a much better looking design and one that Holden should have used. Just check that out on the Net to see what you think!
Nissan Navara Vs Holden Colorado interior: The Navara has arguably the best quality and presentation in the current generation of utes. Sure it does have a few shiny plastics that detract from the overall look and feel but overall it’s nicely done and reflects the current Nissan interior design theme. The Colorado interior is not a nice place to look at of be in – it’s a shocker really especially in 2015. Once again the American Colorado version has a much better looking interior although still a little too commercial in terms of materials. Easy win to the Navara in terms of interior design.
Nissan Navara Vs Holden Colorado engines and technology: The Navara has the options of the latest safety and in car tech dependent on model whereas the Colorado does not regardless of model. However the saving feature of the Colorado is the powerful diesel engine but comes at a price. Both have engines are more than adequate for most.
Nissan Navara Vs Holden Colorado drive: N/A
If we where buying a new ute today it would be the Navara. The specifications are pretty close but because the presentation of the Navara is that much better it’s really the only choice and it’s cheaper too.
