Welcome to the Toyota Hilux vs 2013  Holden Colorado comparison.  The Holden Colarado has just been released in the country so we put up a quick specification comparison between the two models.  At the time of writing we are yet to drive three of the latest releases namely the all new Ford Ranger and Mazda BT-50,Isuzu D-Max and Holden Colarado but like everyone interested to see what they compare like on paper.

So here’s what we know about the key specifications of the two models for the time being and will update the page as we get more details. The most obvious difference is how much larger the new Colorado is compared to the Hilux. That said the Hilux is a much older design.

So far everything looks good except for the 5 speed manual transmission which shows reasonable development by General Motors.

Update October 2012: There are only two things which you will probably find issues with and they are: the cheaper looking and feeling interior due to the use of odd matched grained plastics and Hilux styling clues. The dash instruments are also way too small.
