Holden Colarado

Welcome to the 2013  Holden Colorado vs Mitsubishi Triton  comparison. The all new Holden Colarado has just been released in the country (June 2012) so we put up a quick specification comparison between the two models.  The Triton has been for sale in its current series since about 2006 and what we believe is still the nicest looking SUV/ute on the market (on the outside). Mitsubishi got the design right and it shows.

Here is the comparison of the key specifications of the Triton and Colorado for the time being and will update the page as we get more details and drive of the Colorado. The Triton is still one of the better light commercial utes on the market but it is overshadowed by the noticeably more refined Hilux, Navara, BT-50, Ranger and Amarok but it is not about absolute refinement in this category but reputation, cost to run and reliability. The Triton all the key criteria (despite its few known problems) but the latest utes don’t.  The only problem with the Triton is pricing – it is relatively expensive.

Further updates will be posted when we get a drive of the new Colorado.
