Does VMware Fusion run Windows XP Home?
Tue 15 Jan 2008Filed Under: Apple Computers, Computers, VMware Fusion | Leave a Comment
This is a series of posts where I’m listing software I’ve installed on the Fusion drive.
Yes, VMware Fusion for Mac works perfectly with Windows XP Home SP1 and SP2.
I did not have to adjust any ‘special’ settings to make it run. Just ran the Fusion and put the disk in and followed the instructions.
Just make sure you install it within in VMware since the XP boot disk actually boots in OS X first!

Out of interest I checked out the SPAM box on my old email addresses that I clearly don’t use and saw that many – I can’t believe it. Anyway if you’re still using the old email addresses pls don’t! I won’t be using it anymore – obviously.
The best motorcycle riders

I’m actually quite excited at the prospect of doing updates on this site. The main reason is that I am free to talk about aspects of motorcycle ownership in general rather than restricted to Hayabusa only commentary that I feel the other other site should stay focused on.
So this week I must remind all motorcycle owners to get their U-turn practice up to date. This week I watched as a police motorcycle rider attempt to do a U-turn to catch a speeding driver going the other way. Now you’d expect our cops to be really good riders since they send a lot of time riding. The one I watched was not very good since he need the entire width of the 2 lane highway to do a u-turn. He wasn’t going very fast either and was NOT confident especially considering he was stopped at the time. I was quite disappointed.
Speaking of which the best motorcycle riders in general I reckon are the Australia Post guys. The ones I’ve seen are really good considering the low powered bikes use (Honda CT110). Postie Bikes They really know how to ride those things.
