Price of petrol in Australia – March 2010

The price of petrol has been surprising over the last few weeks.

I paid around $1.29 per litre this month.
I should add from now on that this is price for 91 Octane unleaded NOT the higher 95 octane or above.

Bearing in mind that Easter has just fallen the last weekend of March the price rose to an average of $1.37 – I saw during my travels on the long weekend.
