Now the the world is in a state of financial downturn but when kids go trick or treating there is a one thing that financial crisis should not effect and that is dressing up for the occassion.
I refuse to give out treats for those who don’t even attempt to dress for the occasion. You shouldn’t either.
Why? Technically it’s called begging and just reflects poorly on how the kids where brought up.
